4-STROKE ENGINE DESIGN

As a personal project, me and two other individuals from my mechatronics class (Chris Gravel and Tomasz Zablotny) undertook a project to design and build a working internal combustion engine from scratch. We  settled on doing a one-cylinder four-stroke engine.

Preliminary part sourcing has begun, including fuel pumps, fuel injectors, and raw materials, however the design is still being finalized. We hope to continue working with this project to bring it to fruition.

Below you can find some example CAD of our current design, raw materials, as well as some pictures of an engine we tore down for R&D purposes.
